Error Error Error...................... Dear Experts, The above error (IMAGE 1) is coming when I click on the "Manage Full Access Permission" of the user mailbox in the EMC. And while this error is coming in Server side user is facing issue like following in OWA IMAGE2..... What could be the issue????? .......If I move the mailbox to some other DB on same server it works fine. Little Background: 1. The Mailbox is Automatically created By FIM 2010 on the server MAILSERVER\SG\FIMDB and I will be moving the mailbox to Another DB MAILSERVER\SG\LowUser20. 2. It used to work fine earlier recently the moved users as shown above are facing the issue like this........ (Errors shown in the Screen Capture).... 3. I observerd this error even if I move to another mailbox server MAILSERVER2..... 4. So finally I am moving the mailbox to another DB on the same MAILSERVER as LowUser21.......... But what could be the reason for the issue.... Regards, Manju

I would go into ADSIEDIT navigate down to this particular DB, security tab, advanced and see if inheritance is checked. 1. start run, type adsiedit.msc 2. right click, settings, select a well known naming context choose configuration click ok 3. Expand to services, microsoft exchange, first org, admin groups...databases. Right click the particular db, properties, security advanced, is inheritance checked?James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Have you tried deleting the mailnickname attribute for this user using adsiedit mentioned by Terence, I think I do recall it this because of this attribute.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
